The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Friday, Issued Certificate of Return to the newly elected Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo and his running mate, Dr Onyekachi Ibezim.
The event took place at the Commission’s head office in Awka, Anambra State
