- Visit an NNPC Retail filling station.
- Purchase Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
- Use the NNPC Fuel App for the transaction as required under the promotion.

NNPC Retail says the offer applies to PMS purchases across its retail stations during the promotional period.
Where Is the Discount Available?
The promotion is being offered at NNPC Retail stations nationwide, meaning motorists in different parts of the country can participate during the seven-day promotional window.
NNPC said customers had already begun taking advantage of the offer at stations across the country and encouraged motorists to continue fueling and transacting through the NNPC Fuel App.
How Much Can You Save?
The ₦66 reduction applies to each litre purchased under the promotion.
For example:
- 10 litres — ₦660 discount
- 20 litres — ₦1,320 discount
- 30 litres — ₦1,980 discount
- 40 litres — ₦2,640 discount
- 50 litres — ₦3,300 discount
The actual amount saved will depend on the quantity of petrol purchased and the applicable terms of the promotion.
When Does the Offer End?
The NNPC ₦66 petrol promotion is scheduled to end on October 7, 2026.
NNPC has urged customers to take advantage of the offer before the promotional period expires.
How to Download the NNPC Fuel App
NNPC Retail has directed customers to download the NNPC Fuel App through its designated download link:
Motorists should ensure that they are downloading the genuine NNPC Fuel App and should follow the instructions provided within the application.
Important Note
The ₦66 reduction is a temporary promotional discount, not a permanent nationwide reduction in the pump price of petrol. It is specifically tied to the Independence Day promotion and the stated October 1–7 period.
Customers should also confirm the applicable transaction procedure at their NNPC Retail station before making payment.
With the promotion running for only seven days, motorists who intend to benefit have until October 7, 2026, to make qualifying purchases through the NNPC Fuel App.
