FG Launches iDICE Digital Training Programme for Nigerians (Apply)

The Federal Government has launched the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) programme, a major initiative aimed at equipping young Nigerians with market-relevant digital and creative skills.

The programme, implemented by the Bank of Industry (BOI), is designed to strengthen Nigeria’s technology and creative sectors through skills development, enterprise support, innovation and access to finance.

According to BOI, the programme targets Nigerian youths aged 15 to 35, with training focused on in-demand technology and creative skills to improve employability and encourage entrepreneurship.

The broader programme is expected to establish 66 innovation hubs nationwide and train between 250,000 and 300,000 young Nigerians in market-relevant skills by the end of 2026.

The iDICE programme is also supporting startups and entrepreneurs through initiatives such as the iDICE Startup Bridge, which provides training, mentorship and opportunities for founders in Nigeria’s digital and creative economy.
