Hon. Ismaeel Sodiq Opeyemi, popularly known as Elege, has reaffirmed his commitment to inclusiveness and grassroots development following a special visitation to persons living with disabilities across Ona Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The outreach, carried out alongside zonal coordinators which is being chaired by Woli Omotara within the local government, was aimed at engaging, encouraging, and supporting members of the disability community while strengthening their sense of inclusion in society.
During the visit, Elege warmly interacted with beneficiaries, listened to their concerns, and assured them of continued support, accessibility, and quality representation.
As part of the humanitarian gesture, the Ona Ara political figure donated the sum of ₦150,000 to support the welfare and activities of persons living with disabilities within the council area.
Beneficiaries and community coordinators who witnessed the visit commended the initiative, describing it as a demonstration of compassionate and people-oriented leadership.
They noted that true leadership is reflected in empathy, accessibility, and commitment to the wellbeing of every segment of society, especially vulnerable groups.
The visit further highlights Elege’s growing grassroots connection and sustained engagement with residents across Ona Ara ahead of future political activities in the local government area.
