A 26-year-old member of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Emeh Nnamdi who was declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force on February 20, 2023 for impersonation of an Assistant Superintendent of Police and defamation of character has been nabbed by the security agents.
According to AIT, Nnamdi was arrested in a joint operation by INTERPOL operatives in Benin Republic and Nigeria on Friday, March 3, 2023 in connection with allegations that top police officers in Anambra State Command are involved in kidnapping and killing of suspects after extorting them and human organ trafficking.
It was gathered that Emeh Daniel Nnamdi is an IT expert who started impersonating personnel of the Nigeria Police Force while serving as a tracker in the Anambra Police Command.
The 26-year old son of Professor JK Emeh is currently in Police custody in Abuja.
