As reactions continue to trail the acceptance of the redesigned Naira notes by some Nigerians specifically the artisans, another video has surfaced online where a trader was filmed refusing to accept the repainted legal tender.
In the video which has now gone viral , the trader, who runs a petty business said she wasn’t going to collect the money from her customer.
The customer asked, “You never see this one before?” and she responded “No o I never see am.”
A voice in the background said, “Una wan cheat her, na ‘yahoo’ money”.
The woman insisted she would not collect the money.
The confused buyer exchanged the new note with a driver and gave the vendor the old note which she happily collected.
