A video of the immediate Former Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano ‘chilling’ in the detention of anti-graft agency, EFCC has surfaced online.
The 10-second clip has however generated reactions on social media, as some users accused the operatives of the EFCC of filming the former governor without his permission.
