The Chieftain of Action Democratic party, ADP, Hon. Afolabi Olushola Joshua, better known as ‘AFOO’ who doubles as the leader of the masses in Ogbomoso South, through his media aides, today, rejoices and celebrates with all Muslims UMMAH in Ogbomoso South, Oyo state and Nigeria at large.
The political icon in a release signed by his Director of media and communication, Prince Adeleye Blessing Adekunle which was made available to Vreporters on Tuesday.
Afoo said the masses should emulate the examples of the good leadership exhibit by Prophet Muhammad (saw).
‘The birth and the life history of the Prophet is a great lesson to us all. Prophet was born as an orphan with no father and the mother also died some months after birth. The Prophet passed through a very difficult stages of life and yet live an exemplary life to remember and emulate.
‘Moreover, this is a great lesson to all orphans, never give up even though you have no body but remember you have Allah to call and rely on at all times. ‘Furthermore, I want to urge all Muslims Ummah to take this time to pray more for our dear country Nigeria at this critical time. Irrespective of your religion or tribe, always remember we are one and we should pray forward to have a united nation.
‘Finally, I prayed that may the good fortunes of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) be with us all”.
