Donald Trump told supporters “we will back in some form” in a rambling, incoherent farewell speech before flying off to Florida.
In his final public statement before Joe Biden replaces him as President this afternoon, he told a handful of followers at Joint Base Andrews: “Have a good life. We will see you soon.”
