A brother to the late Keke Napep driver who was allegedly shot dead by Police in rukpokwu, Port Harcourt has given more insight into the tragic incident.
The young man who was interviewed by Nigeria info in Port Harcourt identified the deceased has ‘school boy’, he told the reporter that, the deceased had no issues with Police.
